This service has been nothing but horrible for my mom! I set her up to use Puls & they have cancelled numerous times past the time they were supposed to arrive - They came and "fixed" her wash machine & it was broke two days later after charging her $200, they kept cancelling on her when she tried to have someone come back to see what was going on - They show up HOURS after their scheduled time - They are completely unreliable & only care about making money & not their customers! I emailed the company & the offered me nothing but sorry for the inconvenience....... really? They suck, don't use them!!

This will be a long review but I had to write it because this was ridiculous.I had an appointment for Friday July 5, 2019 between 10a.m to 11p.m they sent me an email Thursday letting me know, something went wrong with my appointment( that they actually didn't have that time available) later I got a call saying could they reschedule me for the next following day but I had a family reunion to go to so I couldn't. They ask me what day I would be available I told them Tuesday and they let me know they would be giving me a $10 discount for the inconvenience. So I said ok I get a call Saturday saying could I change my appointment to Monday because that would actually be better I tell the guy sure I can do 1p.m, is that a good time he said yes that's perfect, so now today here is Monday I get a text to confirm my appointment but also saying he would be running late because he has someone in front of me. Now I'm flabbergasted because I was asked to get changed to this day when I orginally said Tuesday, so now this is another inconvenience so he tells me he will be own his way at the correct time . So I say okay, next thing you know he just had a blow out on the highway and can't make it again at the correct time. I text him and said I have to work he said what time I text him back and responded 6p.m but I have things to do before then. After that he never text me back. This is by far one of the Worst customer service I have ever had trust me save your money and go somewhere else. Don't waste your time.

They attempt to fix your phone only to break more. then they tell you it's because it is 2 years old. Then they still charge you for a repair when they broke something else. then they give you the run around. poor service all around. stay away

Very unprofessional. They never followed up to confirm my appointment. I had to call during my appointment window to make sure the technician was still coming. They gave me an ETA that was after the original window. The technician never showed up and i was never contacted. I had to call customer service several times to figure out what was going on. I won’t be recommending this service to anyone.
