Reliable Irrigation System

Tried to trick me in paying $500+ for something that was not needed. Stay away! I called Reliable Irrigation System to fix my sprinklers. They charged me $75 call fee, cut some wires in the outside sprinkler box but didn't connect all. I asked about cut wires and on call person said "oh its not needed". He told me underground wire needs to be replaced and gave me quote for $500+. He also quoted me $180 labor to replace the sprinkler controller (I literally replaced the controller in 5 mins, and because of this I got some doubt about rest of the quote as well). Now the best part. I contacted another Sprinkler repair service. They came in, connected the wires in outside sprinkler box in 10 mins (that were cut by on call "Reliable" Irrigation System person) and sprinklers are running all good. I cannot understand these kind of people! I will be uploading photos of quoted price from this company and the invoice work from the company that fixed it. David is very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the leaked valve and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. Their scheduling system is also very convenient.

Terrible service and communication between the main office who takes the appointment and the technicians doing the work. I scheduled a start-up appointment and indicated that I had an underground leak that also needed to be fixed. I also communicated this to the technicians when they arrived and showed them the location. They started up the system and then claimed I didn't have a leak. I questioned them, but they insisted. After leaving my water on overnight the same signs of a leak was present. I called them back to fix the leak and they said they had to charge me $75 for just coming to my house again, plus any repair work. I explained to them that I already paid them to come out to my house for this very issue, which they assured me I didn't have before leaving. They refused to waive the $75 visit charge.
