Ever since the end of COVID, the department has transitioned to more efficient operation. They get you in and out faster than ever. The staff is also much more pleasant and easy to work with.

The ladies at the Secretary of States office were outstanding. They efficiently handled their duties, verified my documentation with a smile, and ensured everything was correct. When giving me my temporary driving license, they even asked if my name was spelled correctly, all while maintaining their friendly demeanor. Bless these wonderful ladies! :-) Remember to check the Secretary of States website for proper documentation requirements before your visit, and consider bringing an extra document to avoid any hassle.

Ive been going there for years! Always pleasant and friendly! Because of my work schedule Ive showed up close to closing time and they accommodate. Might even yell across the room to make sure cashier and everyone else in the steps can help. :)
