Wow where to begin. My mom worked for this company for 21 years and been a patient here for the past 23 years of my life. Im going to be a first time mom and currently 20 weeks pregnant. Needless to say every visit from the first prenatal to my last which was the anatomy scan and dr visit has been the worst experiences of this entire pregnancy. 1. The front desk who checks you in. Completely dog water of a staff. I truly feel like the women being that desks goals for the day is who can be the most grumpy, unwelcoming and over all depressing attitude of the day. Every one Ive dealt with has been rude and unhelpful. My first ultrasound they made me pay $1800 out of pocket or else I wouldnt be checked in because they didnt know how to verify my insurance. I have valid blue cross blue shield insurance and refunded me 3 months later. The lady with the raccoon eyeliner did that. Next I came in for my ultrasound and then ob appt after. When I checked in after the gloomy receptionist told me again my insurance was invalid she told me my appt with Dr. Sey is canceled (mind you my last appointment was 9 weeks ago with a doctor) and said Id just have to call to reschedule.. I asked her why she couldnt reschedule me or send me in the direction to talk to someone who could and she said she just couldnt help. The tech who did my ultrasound was able to get me in 2 hours later to see dr. Patel. So I returned later that day for this appointment and the lady with the extremely thin hair maybe in her 50s or 60s told me as I had my mask over my nose to pinch it or else she wouldnt continue checking me in. Never in my life has any one demanded me to do that. I had it on covering my chin mouth and nose. One rude confrontation with a 5month pregnant lady wasnt enough for this rude receptionist. She told me to review covid symptoms and tell her if I had any. Since I was there 2 hours earlier I quickly said no since I already read them. Ive never seen someones soul leave their body so quickly. She got mad and said you have to read them theirs new symptoms!!! I told her that I did read them two hours ago. Like come on why treat your patients like this or pregnant women. 2. Dr. Patel is the worst obgyn I think that has ever existed. I talked to the supervisor about her and she said she has multiple complaints and even a few staff members do not care for her. I highly recommend if you want a nice experience with your pregnancy do not be seen by her. 3. The nice supervisor faxed over all my medical records and now going to edwards elmhurst medical and cant wait to end my pregnancy around nice happy people who dont hate their jobs!

It was alright. The waiting time was a little long but other than that I have not encountered any disrespectful staff.
