Eduardo was outstanding in his diagnosis of the furnace heater issue. A ver friendly and polite person that took care of the problem and made sure everything was fine before he left.

Update 2: I got a call from the regional manager about the issues I had with my experience and he apologized and explained why the AC couldn't be used because they had to empty the refrigerant but since it's cold they can't fill it up. He did say they were gana fill the lines up so nothing gets damaged in case it does turn on which is nice. Added an extra year of warranty for situation which is super nice as well. Seems like a chill company that cares. Update: they givin out bonuses to the worker and wanted u to write a 5 star review. They did a good job and the heater works as it should but they kinda traded and had to disconnect the AC which is totally fine w/e but then they didn't fix it afterwards and said they'll come in the spring which was Dec2023 so thats loke what 5 months? So if i accidentally switch the AC on it's gana mess something up. I texted the company after they asked how it went and they didn't respond after I asked for them to come finish the job. Also my name was misspelled on n the email and paperwork and I told the guy. He said he'd let the office know but nothing. They spelled it Toved. Oroginal review: Eduardo was awesome diagnosing the heating issue we were having and helping us understand what the issue was. He gave us different options for service and explained everything clearly.
