I purchased the new phone (Pixel 6) this January at the store (4314 E New York St Ste 111, Aurora, IL 60504-4434). The phone has some issues kind of frozen. I went there at 9:45am and they didn't allow me to enter and I realized the store open at 10:00am. At 10:00am I back to the store but they said they will open 11:00am even thought the sign says it opens 10:00am~. Is T-Mobile doesn't have any rules for open time? I had to come back to my place which is 40 minutes from there since I cannot wait 1 hr. The clerk was not nice and rude. Don't go this store!

I came a month ago to get a new phone and Marjorie helped my father and I choose the best phone for me. She was patient and understanding when asked questions such as what are the best features for the iPhone 13, what is the difference between the iPhone and the galaxy phone, etc. Here I am with the new iPhone and I am loving it. Thank you Marjorie !!

I bought a new phone, being a senior citizen, Im not a tech savvy person. My experience at the T Mobile store on E. New York St., was a great experience with the the Mobile experts in that store. I dealt with Cameron and Margorie. Very kind and very patient, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this store.
