I called to get a deck quote. First thing, I called the first number on the website and it rang off. I called the second number and it was a cell phone. I set up the appointment via text since the guy was driving . Cool no problem. The morning of, and an hour before the appointment the person calls me and says, they need to reschedule for next week (kinda upset because I was in the process of getting quotes from other people) but sure things happen. I said okay. Day of the rescheduled appointment, the guy no showed, did not call me or anything. It snowed the day before pretty heavy, however they could have called and cancelled. They did not. I had someone else from naperville come out the same day my other appointment was a no show. It was a woman and trecked through the snow like it was nothing and gave her estimates. This was very unprofessional of this company. I wouldn't use this service.
