        Elder Law isn't mclaughlins area of practice but he somehow made himself available to represent my parents in a forced Guardianship trial and completely failed us, he likes to play court not really work for his money. Total "Money grabbing Creep. R.I.P. Dad, "mclaughlin " you should be ashamed of yourself.

        Charged 18 minutes for three sentence email asking about status. Outside of billing, not detail oriented; sloppy pre-canned doc prep, had to go back twice for corrections. Poor litigator, not worth rate.
