    Please be cautious of this business. They blocked me on Facebook after I left a PRIVATE message informing them of issues with my nearly $100 order. I'll skip the small problems and mentioned the huge problem. My friends close relative passed away and I specifically asked Special Occasions to NOT use a plant that reminds my friend of death...that was the main plant in the arrangement! Try explaining THAT to your friend. What does that say about your friendship when you send a known disliked plant? Then, I asked for A LOT of filler flowers but nothing cheap...wanted it to look fancy and full. 5 Carnations and very little dried purple accent was thrown in-that's it! The plant height sitting in a small car went from the seat to just below the window. The biggest disrespect was the signature card being signed from the place of employment and, for lack of better words, our rival company. I have no idea how this occurred but that earned me a call out from my friend. I think it was done in error after associating my friends moms name with the 'rival' company which she works at. Work and home numbers were left that Special Occasions could have called me at with any questions! At the very least, the business should have apologized, but instead, the actually BLOCKED me! So, due to the high amount of disrespect to both myself and for their own business, and after giving them a few weeks to respond, I'm going public. I dont understand how a business can disrespect their clientele like this. An apology goes a long, long way. Now, I'm left bitter about how I was treated. Shame on Special Occasions! That is no way to run a small town business!
