My husband recently had a stroke. When he was being discharged from the hospital, I was completely clueless about wheelchairs, walkers, commodes, etc. I found A to Z and they provided me with everything I needed. They were kind and compassionate, walking me through the entire process. When I was picking up a transport wheelchair, a woman was bringing in bags of groceries. I asked who the food was for. I found out that these wonderful women operated a soup kitchen, delivering food to people in need. When I asked if I could help deliver food they patted me on the back and thanked me but indicated that some of the neighborhoods might not be safe. The next day my 5 year-old granddaughter and I went grocery shopping and I dropped unperishable food to donate. They were elated. I know that these women buy groceries with their own money to help out the less fortunate. I hope to be able to help out on a regular basis. If you are reading this, consider doing the same. My faith in humanity was restored the day I walked into A to Z medical supplies!
