Dr. Florshem was the WORST EVER! Between bedside manners (which I can handle as long as she is good professionally) & her professional opinions & how she treated me in her profession if there were a no star, she would have it.

I'd seen these folks for yrs with no issues, until recently when there was a change from speaking w/office staff to be directed to a 'patient portal' for communications. This turned out to be a colossal fail. A simple effort to refill an Rx (via this "portal") & adding a Note to ensure a proper result (+leaving a voicemail at their office for extra measure) STILL resulted in a botched order. Instead of taking Any responsibility for their own mistakes I receive a letter of termination from my doctor severing our relationship. It's astounding that something so innocuous would result in this kind of response, but there you have it. If you want competence in medical care, you're better off finding it elsewhere. The fact is...shoving patients into a PORTAL means less interaction (by design) and you wonder why people feel marginalized & (now literally) dismissed. The more businesses deliberately choose to supplant their interactions with their clients in favor of 'technology' we'll see the hastening of the collapse of society. (which is already happening in case you hadn't noticed)
