The dental hygienist Kimmi hands down is the BEST I have been too. She is personable, great bed side manner, gentle. I wait for an appointment to open with her. The warming massage chairs are great too, I call them my treat. I mean who really enjoys going to the dentist? So, when I got there to their new facility and they had these heated massage chairs it was a win. Friendly staff, clean facility, gentle hygienists what more can you ask for. I recommend this establishment.

I have had three appointments with the dental group and I will not be back. I had a cleaning and check up, and a crown fitting and finishing. The doctors I worked with are very good - I truly appreciated them, they were clear and efficient and concerned. The hygienist I had was also very good and kind. However - the business office is rude, unforthcoming and too aggressive. They charged me for a procedure that I did not ask for without telling me I would be paying the extra $100. I had to pay my portion of a crown upfront (based on their estimation of what my insurance would cover) before we even began the procedure. Then when the procedure was complete I received a phone call from them saying my portion was not covered, and that I would have to pay for it. Every time I go there I cannot get out of the place without having a meeting with the business manager to try and get me to agree to more procedures. Overall - the place has a very corporate feel - you may not have the same doctor or hygienist more than once . And there is no personal attention.
I have not been back since , purposely - but ironically I have received a text telling me I have an appointment in October that I did not make - It will be interesting to see if they charge me when I do not come in!

Dental care I received was seamless and pain-free. Professional staff and state of the art facility. I felt that they don't recommend unnecessary procedures. Plan to continue to use Westgate Dental Care services.

Kimi was my hygienist. As a Dental Hygiene student we would be practicing on one another soon. She took her time and made sure that my teeth we super clean. Thank you Kimi and Dr R for doing a great job!!!

Professional. Great bedside manner. A true luxury experience. Recommend it for the whole family.
