We had ice dams that resulted in water damage to our hardwood floors and required walls/ceilings in multiple rooms to be brought down to studs to dry out. Purofirst came in to handle the restoration work. Dan did a great job of explaining the process, answering our questions and keeping us in the loop as the work took place over a couple months. We recently bought a house and there was an addition put on by the previous owner that was not built properly. The room reeked of mildew. Purofirst did an excellent job at removing the badwood and rebuilding our floor and a wall properly. The smell is gone and I have stopped sneezing. The owner Dan, was constantly stopping by to make sure the work was done correctly as was always letting me know right away about any potential problems he saw.
