I smelled natural gas and called NICOR. They came out and identified 5 leaks. I then called Comfort cavalry and they came out and found 12 leaks and showed me the leaks. It was a quick response and they quickly fixed the problem and was very professional with good quality work.

I was looking for a new HVAC technician/company and Comfort Cavalry came highly recommend by two local groups on Facebook. I was not disappointed. They first came in and evaluated the issue with my dying furnace, and then explained thoroughly what was the problem (several parts failing), and made the recommendation to get a new one. It blew (the fact that I needed a new one), but I felt confident that I was guided to make the correct decision. The techs I spoke with (Joe and Jacob) also explained the importance the maintenance, how and from where I can get the best air filters, and I was also offered some solutions or options (installed air purifier, cleaning ducts and so forth), in which I am highly interested. I'll purchase the maintenance membership because I think it is safe to have them check the system in order to prevent an early demise of my new furnace. The girls in the office, too, were so kind, understanding and knowledgeable, and I felt so comfortable talking with them. I highly recommend them! Comfort Calvary came and fixed the problems the 'other guys' did not. They were on time and proffesional. I feel confident they have helped me get more years out of my existing furnace by recommending a repair versus replacement.
