As my grandson was returning to college his car broke down on I-57 in southern Illinois on a Sunday afternoon.  The vehicle was towed to Anna Tire & Auto, Anna IL.  I drove down from Chicago to handle the situation while he continued his journey to school in my vehicle. First thing Monday morning I had a discussion with Chad who, although they were totally booked, said they would at least try to determine the issue and let me know the repairs needed. Unfortunately  several parts needed to be ordered, etc. and repairs wouldn't be completed for several days. During the entire ordeal Chad and the staff kept me fully informed of their progress. They took the time to explain the working of the parts needing replacement. They even showed me the damaged parts. Not only were they knowledgeable, informative and professional they were helpful and friendly. They were considerate of the situation and, went above and beyond to offer assistance. I cannot thank them enough for the kindness they showed me and my family. I would not hesitate to use their services again should the need arise.
