I called for service because my basement and crawl space had a foot of water. I spoke to a person who told me someone will follow up with me. I never received any response from this company. Very disappointing!

Our house had seepage from the heavy rain and we called multiple times to get someone out for an estimate. We have insurance coverage but it has a cap on it. After them trying to bypass the estimate and send a crew to start tearing up walls 3 times we were told to go with another company because they are too busy to send an estimator even though several people in my same neighborhood said they were able to get them. If you can't be bothered with me when you are busy don't try to solicate my business when you aren't.
