They dont even answer the phone, theres only an option to just leave a message after the first 3 rings it just makes you leave a message. I left a message yesterday but I doubt theyll call back, Ive never heard of a hand and stone massage answering machine??

Terrible customer service I've been charged 3mos after canceling manager Nancy is extremely rude. Tina was nice in trying to help me but I still haven't been refunded it's very clear I'm not using the services. STOP STEALING FROM PEOPLE. If I say I want to cancel CANCEL IT. You want people to print out a form and do their job for you? 30 days to cancel policy fine sure whatever 90 days?!? no! I want my money back

I recently had my 3rd facial with, Makenzie. She is very sweet, very knowledgeable about what I needed for my skincare. 5 stars on my service!

AVOID AVOID AVOID So I enjoyed my services while I had them but moved far away and was no longer able to utilize my membership. First, they want you to come in to sign cancellation paperwork, after argung about it, they emailed it to me. I never got the email so they faxed it to me and I returned it. However, I continue to be charged for another month which is apparently their process, you must pay another month even though you have cancelled!!! Not to mention, I can no longer easily get to a store for service. I had 2 packages from my membership to use and just called for an appointment since I will be near a location and they told me my 2 packages expired last month!!! They said we told you in the email that the packages expire in 90 days, except as referenced before I never got the email. So over the holidays while I was out of the country, I am supposed to have used my 2 packages. Basically, this million dollar franchise steals 3 months of money in total. Shameful and disgusting. No customer service what so ever! Buyers beware!
