Cherie Efken and her team at C. Estate Sales just completed a two day estate sale for me. Her work is exemplary; she is highly professional, compassionate, thorough, and wants nothing but the best for her clients. This was a very difficult experience for me, selling contents from a happy home of over 20 years, but she made it safe, pleasant, and easy. I cannot recommend her highly enough, but if you are considering an estate sale any time soon, Cherie and her team are the absolute best! I was very lucky that I chose her (after meeting with five different estate sale companies).

Today my wife and I wanted to go to your estate sale in Huntley. Wow was I shocked and very upset that a sign up sheet had been started with no notification. If I would have known that to be the case I would have been there at 7:00. I am SO FRUSTRATED with your process I will NEVER attend one of your POORLY EXECUTED SALES. Lost a customer forever.  I am leaving a 1 star because I cannot leave zero stars! Complete JOKE of a company.

Cheri and her team are absolutely AMAZING!!! I needed help cleaning out my parents house when they downsized. It's worth every penny not to have to clear out every drawer, closet, basement storage area, kitchen cabinet and the list goes on and on because C. Estate Sales DOES IT ALL. Every glass was cleaned for display, everything nicely organized, staged and priced to sell. After the sale, she arranged a charity pickup, garbage removal, swept the carpet and wood floors and handed me a check. I didn't have to do anything but sign the contract and commit to a date. Thank you, thank you for the peace of mind. Highly recommend!!
