Wow! I just had the greatest first experience ever for such an important decision in my life!!! Ever since I started getting auto insurance, I've been use to using my previous auto insurance, Active Insurance. They have a 3rd party that they work with called Unique Insurance/ Pronto Insurance Agency. I recently got a new car using their insurance but due to the fact that I felt that they were pretty expensive, I decided to shop around for different insurance and heard about how affordable State Farm was, which is how I came across Luis. I explained to Luis how much I pay at active along with some other important info. Luis gave me a quote and explained lots of good deals and packages to me and how much more money I can be saving compared to now. He was extremely helpful, knowledgable, patient and kind. After discussing all these things with him, my partner and brother, I decided to go with State Farm. Now here's were things get good. I had to cancel my Active Insurance and had experienced some poor customer service from one of their representative's in the payment department who told me that I wouldn't get refunded and that I had to wait the whole month until the contract cancelled, all while laughing at me and dismissing me. When I told Luis we called back together and spoke with them. I would just like to say that Luis is definitely a strong State Farm representative who stands for his customer. he stood up for me in the most professional way that led to me getting the proper results I should have got initially on my own. Thank you so much Luis for everything that you've done for me today! I'm so happy to now be apart of the State Farm Family. I pay less and I get more! As the song goes " Like a good neighbor State Farm is there!"
