Chicago Printing and Embroidery Inc

Shared my artwork with this company, they sent me proofs, after a couple talks it appeared fine. They asked me to pay upfront (huge mistake) but Ive done that in the past with other printers. They called me a couple weeks later saying they were done. I drove an hour (one way) out there and they were absolutely not done. A few days later they were. So I drove back again to pick them up. Took a brief look and they seemed ok. When I got back and opened them they looked awful. Completely inconsistent, just garbage. Like it was ironed on at the mall. There was also items missing including sizes I ordered one off for myself. I sent them an email and called complaining, telling them this is not what I payed for.They did nothing. Dont waste your money on this place, complete rip off and now Im out 2,000$.

Do not do business with them they are cheap and dont know how to treat customers. They make you pay first because they know they will mass up after you pick up your product and call back wont pick up your call and if they do they will make you run around. Bad business.

This man Hamza doesn't answer. We were working and this body did not pay for our work. I'm going to the police on Monday!

GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO!!! WANT YOUR MONEY BUT DONT WANT TO GIVE PRODUCTS!!!!!, I came from out of town needed a rush order they did not complete it . THEY HYPE YOU UP TO GET YOUR MONEY and this was on March 29th 2023 it is now May 16th. Very good work on my tshirts. Paid my order in full and never received my hats. The owner wont answer and that is not professional ,says he sent them but we never received them. Work is good but very UNPROFESSIONAL when it comes to completing the business transaction. They want their money but dont want to produce product. It doesnt hurt to be honest in business I just want my money back or my merchandise.
