Kelly, CSR2 was so kind and helpful with my name change. She answered all of my questions, made sure my mobile app was correct and working properly and was genuine towards me. Best First Federal branch.

First Federal was the only institution that offered a bridge loan to help us close a new property before selling our current property. So we have a Bridge AND a Primary with them. But key FF employees responsible for time sensitive tasks randomly took off early for vacation or were unavailable at literally the deadline dates, causing delays, and no substitute employees were made available. FF waited until 5min before EOB on closing date to get title recorded. I am not sure the head aches are worth the financial product they offered. I have no feedback on how their service on a mortgage is vs their sales of a mortgage, but hopefully servicing our notes is smoother than the rocky sales process.

I am giving Nathan 5 stars. He was awesome I would recommend him to anyone looking for a loan. Best rates locally without buying rate down. No worries of the loan being sold out to large Mortgage companies. However make sure you are not in a Hurry as First Federal is experiencing a high volume of refinances and takes little over three months to close. Wasn't a problem for us.

Nathan Jensen was our loan agent. He was very professional, efficient and kept us in the loop of where our loan stage was. Everything went accordingly and we felt he did a very good job. He made us feel at ease while signing and helped me with my limited knowledge of doing paperwork on the internet.
