Middle Fork Wilderness Outfitters, Salmon River Rafting Trips

This trip is ideal for those desiring to reconnect with what is important, (oneself, nature, community) and disconnect from the distractions (email, constant interruptions from cell phone notification). This is one of the few trips in which I could really choose my own adventure by connecting with the river on the ducky, enjoying the mountains and conversations on the oar boat, or working together with a group on the paddleboat, each experience was delightful. The camp was cozy, the company delightful, the food was delicious, but most importantly the river guides are top notch, well trained, and set the precedent for an adventure of a lifetime.

I have done countless river trips, and I can confidently say that MFWO is the by far the best guided service I've floated with. The guides are super experienced rafters, super knowledgeable, and every need was effortlessly taken care while at the same time bolstering a fun atmosphere. I was especially impressed with their ability to adapt to our day-to-day needs, be it getting splashy on the paddleboat or taking it easy and recharging. And the service at camp is unreal. Falling asleep under the stars and waking up to someone serving you coffee in bed is truly magical. The Middle Fork is one of the most beautiful places I've ever been, and I can't think of a better way to experience it. I'll be going back next year.

I have now done 2 trips with this outfitter and cannot recommend these guys enough. Friendly and experienced guides will make you feel at home. If you are looking for a lot of fun and a great experience with one of the most beautiful rivers look no further!
