        I'm convinced that their occasional random closures are ways to show their power over me and how much I desire their delicious Breves. This place is better than it has any right to be. The empanadas are great, and the Breve's are legendary

        Simply the best place to nosh in Salmon. Their seeded loaf was amongst some of the best bread I’ve ever had, and a truly inspiring road trip snack addition to our Ruffles & Pirouette family. The BLT on a croissant should not be missed, and the service at this bakery was 10/10. A hidden gem in downtown Salmon. We’d recommend stopping at this bakery for a coffee and pastry before heading down the road to the Sacajawea Cultural Center.

        Best bread I have ever had hands down! I tried the cinnamon rolls and the bear claws. I will dream of these while I sleep! They are that good. Great people, great food!
