Please read!!!!! I sent an email asking about this ranch last year. After over a month I finally got a reply saying they could not schedule our group for 2022 but to ask later about 2023. I was put off by the rude tone of the email and how none of my questions about the ranch experience were answered. No big deal I thought I would find somewhere else to go. But that wasn't the end of it because somehow someone must have gotten into their files and found my email and name and tracked me down and sent me a letter in the mail. Whoever wrote it said the owners husband was having an affair with a guest and whoever wrote the letter had seen them at a hotel. They had talked to another guest who had seen them involved in inappropriate activity during their visit. All of that is their business but what bothers me is that my information was accessed at all. If someone got into their email records anyones personal information was exposed. What if I had exchanged credit card numbers? I was so unnerved by this I completely deleted that email address and changed all of my credit card numbers. I don't like that someone was able to track me down and I also don't think the behavior described in the letter is appropriate. If that wasn't bad enough I received a second letter last month with a lot of the same information and new information in it too. I'd be careful of doing business with them since they don't take your security seriously and engage in questionable behavior with guests.
