Fiod is delicious and if your order is wrong they'll fix it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the atmosphere can be crowded and loud sometimes and the service is at times a bit slow.

Came in on a Thursday because its the one day they have shrimp on their menu and right at the beginning of lunch. They said they did not have any mango salsa. This is one of the main parts of that once a week menu item. On top of that, they spent more time chanting about pork and singing nacho man behind the counter than actually helping customers. Sat at the register for two or three minutes, waiting for one of my sides that no one bothered to get. Of course I still got charged full price at $23 even without the menu item being complete.

Im so disappointed to leave this review, Ive lived on and off in Rexburg for 7 years and Ive always loved cafe Rio; the food, the service, the everything! But my last 4 times here have been more than disappointing, I dont think I will be going back. The workers here have been very rude and dismissive and when I asked questions they always seemed like I was just inconveniencing them to the point I feel self conscious going in and just order online now but when I have ordered online they have gotten our order wrong every single time. Its so sad how downhill its gotten. The food is great and this was always my favorite place to eat in Rexburg and go to with friends but I dont think I will be back anymore.

They are always behind and slow, but the food is great and the people who work here are always nice!
