Rainman Seamless Rain Gutters

We were having some issues with one of our gutters. We knew we needed some repairs to the gutters, with the possibility of even replacing them. Chris came out and he was amazing. He was on time, very professional and very forthcoming with information. The thing we liked and respected the most though was his honesty. He told us that our issues were easy fixes and recommended ways in which to fix them. We appreciated that he didn’t try and hard sell us on something we don’t need. When we need to replace our gutters, Chris at Rainman will be the first place we call.

Rainman Seamless Rain Gutters showed up on time, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and had a professional approach. We had received a bid from a competitor who ended up cancelling short notice because they did not have the color we had requested. Rainman had more options to choose from and their price ended up being slightly below our other bid.

I hired Rainman for my gutter project, the end result could have been way better if the gutters didn’t have so many dents on the bottom of the gutters. I called Rainman about the dents. They wanted pictures to evaluate; from those pictures they blamed the dents on oil canning which they claim is normal. My 17 year old gutters they replaced did not have these dents that the new ones have and they were made using the exact size metal as the new ones. For the record no one from the company came to my house and looked at the dents in the gutters that I’m aware of, which I found disappointing. The expectation was and is that the entire gutter would be free of defects after the install as stated in the warranty, in which oil canning is not mentioned. Rainman did not meet that expectation in my opinion.
