I went for an annual physical under medicaid. They never responded back with setting up the tests I needed. Something is not right there.

Worst experience I have ever had at a medical facility. The staff were extremely rude the moment I walked in the door. The secretary kept barking at me unnecessarily and then proceeded to whisper not so quietly about me with her coworker. And the rest of the staff covered for them! Ann Cox had never heard of what I had previously been diagnosed with (which is a fairly common thing). She kept trying to find a problem with me and trying to send me to specialists when all I needed was to refill my prescription. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend to anybody.

Last straw. Have been misdiagnosed twice, alarmed for no reason 3 times, was given a referral that was not needed (after giving Ann the specialists name), and yesterday was sent to the ER in Newport where I incurred an unnecessary ER bill. DO NOT GO HERE. Sliding scale is helpful financially, but it costs more in the long run.

Great staff. Caring staff. Wonderful women there. Dr Mike McIsaac is honest and truthful. This man is not swayed by pharmaceutical companies. He knows his business.Your not a number. For a change. If you're looking for club med, you might want to look elsewhere. If you want the truth, and what YOU'RE supposed to do, this might be your place. Thanks to all of you for your tirless work. Much respect. Thank you.
