Urgent care won't treat your kids if they are sick, takes a yr to get a bill and when you get it it's by phone call saying it's past due.

So New update. The receptionists feel like they can determine who gets medical attention at the urgent care. I took my 7-month-old in for an infection in her finger. The receptionist told me they could make me an appointment for Monday. She hesitantly asked the provider if my daughter should be seen and the provider told her to check us in. The provider prescribed antibiotics immediately because of how bad the infection was starting to look. I walked in at 6:01. They close at 7:00. Its not like it was RIGHT before they closed. There were also no other people in the waiting room. Literally zero other people. My babys little finger looked awful. Amy is amazing. Shes the provider we saw. But the receptionists? Wow.

The doctors here are great. I love them. The office staff is questionable. I called to see when my daughters appointment was, because I totally forgot the date for sure and put it in on the wrong date (I know because I accidentally put it in as a Sunday) and the lady told me the date and immediately hung up. In a very flat tone, she told me, Her appointment is (date) at (time), and then hung up. Nothing else. Just that. Super rude. Get it together, you guys.

Do NOT take your children to see Dr Avery Jeffers! I took my baby in Friday November 26th with health concerns because she wasn't acting like herself and looked like she was getting sick. He did a check up just like a check up at the pediatricians office and did a nose swab. Then said she was fine and sent us home. She got worse the next day so we took her back in and the before we were checked in the nurse seen that something was wrong and took her back to start treatment. Later that night we were LIFE FLIGHTED to primary childrens hospital and my baby was diagnosed with infant botulism. We have been here for 3 and a half weeks. Thanks to him my baby doesn't get to spend her first Christmas at home. If I could give ZORE stars I would.
