Toasted! I've been a frequenter of the Post Falls store for quite a while, and have never been dissatisfied with the food nor the service. But today marks a change in my opinion. It would seem they have hired a whole new crew of quite incapable individuals. I had the worst experience I've had at a national franchise, hands down. First off it was a case of new guy confusion, who had obviously not been well trained (didn't know the menu, couldn't make the food). But I'm easy going and that is excusable. However it was the manager (Sarah) that really got to me. She would not instruct the new guy, pulled the other guy off preparing our food to wait on the last person to have arrived, and by the time everyone in line behind us got their food and paid we were given the privilege to pay and get our food. Needless to say I was pretty steamed. But maintaining composure as best I could, I did complain to her. I was met with extreme attitude, excuse making, and incredible lies. With such notable failure and a somewhat mediocre menu revision, it will be hard for me to go back to this place.
