You Dirty Dog #2 Grooming

I couldn't get a booking with my regular groomer, but I had gone here once last year and had a good experience, so I figured I'd schedule a grooming with them again. I Tried several times to call with no answer. Finally went in and scheduled an appointment. The 3 women present were all rude And actually acted annoyed that I was bothering them. I thought maybe they were having a bad day so I scheduled anyway. The grooming job done was terrible. There were several uneven patches In the shaved areas -Either reached all the way down to the skin (no skin cuts though) or tufts that were missed altogether. My dog has long hair, and her ears were not even brushed let alone clipped. Her nail nails weren't clipped either. They also charged 5 dollars more than last year. I'm not sure if there was an owner change, but it's unfortunate that their work and customer service has declined so much. I won't be bringing my dog back here for services.

I had to finish her grooming her and she was very grumpy and in pain. Will not bring her back here.

Absolutely horrendous management and staff! I brought my poor golden doodle to these so called professionals and they absolutely butchered her! She came home terrified, still dirty and the haircut looked like grade schoolers went at her. The 2 young girls running this place have no business grooming anyone's pet let alone paying customers. When I called to express my concerns I was dismissed and blown off by the owner and her daughter. Awful awful awful! Do NOT bring your baby here!
