Bill's was so fast and responsive when we ran into heating issues. They even had portable heating units for us as we waited for parts! Thanks Bill's, to the rescue on the coldest week of winter!

Wasn't very impressed. Was getting a pressure sensor code. The tech thought it was the board and gave me a quote to replace it for a pretty penny, or why not just replace the whole thing, even though it's only 10 years old? Used someone else to replace the sensor for $100. Good thing we had a fireplace to get us through. Have a feeling I was just being sold a new furnace.

The guys were very pleasant. However, very messy as well. I know it’s hard in the snow but I provided rugs to wipe their boots off instead of leaving wet boot marks all over my house. And they put a huge dent on my dryer. Don’t know how they managed it but hey did. Moved the washer and didn’t put it back where it belonged. Black greasy fingerprints on my white wall, and wet and dirt all over. Just disappointed in how messy they were. So far, my hot water tank is great!! I wasn’t prepared for all the cleaning up after them I would have to do. Service: Installation
