Whoever the bald guy is, has a horrible attitude towards customers and bad communication skills and does not know the products at all. I have been in there personally as a contractor and had multiple issues and quit going to the Sherwin Williams store and now I have my business done down in Hayden and in Coeur dAlene, and have them bring me product. My customers have tried to go in here and also had issues with the same man and the other staff

An unpleasant visit to this store. The guy there wasn't helpful AT ALL. He was definitely lacking in communication stills. I asked for advice since I wasn't sure what was the right thing to get and he just did not communicate. He was busy shoving potato chips in his mouth, even asked me if I wanted some from his bag!
Didn't even give me a stir stick...and I didn't think about it, just wanted to leave.
Not ever going back!
