        Went through the drive thru, sat 10 minutes before someone came over the intercom. Sat another 15 minutes until reaching the drive thru window. After paying, we sat another 20 minutes. If we didn't pay, I would've left. The wait time is ridiculous. The management is poor. I've personally use to know the last 3 managers for Zips. Such a let down for Plummer. Hope they can correct this and improve the drive-thru wait time.

        Drove 30 minutes to get food and they were closed 45 minutes early. Either update your hours, or have the decency to stay open close to closing.
