My family's been going there for years to get insurance I have enough tickets on my record though that it solo but too expensive for me so I out to stay with my company's and shirts

If I could give a zero or negative star I would. My husband I made a claim with this insurance. They gave us the run around for 3 days. They kept saying we will call you back with an update. However, I did not want to go the whole weekend without a rental car. I was finally able to get the corporate phone number. Shockingly the claim was never filed. The lack of urgency and care for people is honestly the most disappointing part of my experience. It is bad enough our vehicle got hit in a parking lot making it completely undriveable. Then you are going to make zero effort to help our family have a way around. If you ever get hit by their policy holders I would suggest you immediately ask for the corporate number because their staff is not very helpful or pleasant.
