    Not happy at all!! internet keeps going out they said they would watch it and it's not working tried to call but they are closed for xmas i understand that but looks like we wont beable to watch Christmas movies because the internet is not working!!

    Overpriced compared to other providers, seems they just take advantage of areas that do not have competition. Support is horrendous. I had their service once and when I called to inquire about an outage the person who I spoke to literally said "Well, we're a business so we don't need to tell you why your service has stopped". I have NEVER in my life heard a more MORONIC response to a question when they could have simply said they don't know. Oh, and if they try to tell you that their costs determine customer pricing, remember, the government paid for all that fiber they are selling service on. They are double and triple the price of other providers so their claim that customer pricing is based on their cost to supply service just doesn't fly. Fiber optic is supposed to be cheaper, with other providers it is but with Direct Com it's the same pricing as cable.

    Horrible internet, I swear the connection goes down more than it actually works. Would NOT recommend. I feel like we should be reimbursed for every time it goes down for hours or days at a time.

    Customer service is as bad as it gets, they clearly dont know how to work their own system. Anyone that gives this company a five star rating obviously works for them. Strongly recommend against.
