I'm not very happy with the service I have received thus far. I ordered a string for my bow over 2 weeks ago and haven't received any information about it other than the receipt. They haven't communicated with me about it or provided shipping information. I'm not impressed.

Customer service is top notch. There was a miscommunication with my first order and the team sent me a new string the next day. String fit perfectly and has performed flawlessly. Highly recommend this company.

Had a mishap with my bow on day 3 of a 9 day archery hunt. I was mentally preparing to be bowless for at least a couple days. The people at Stone Mountain/ Venture Archery got me in, built me a set of strings and got me back to hunting before we'd finished lunch. Totally went above and beyond to help me out. One of the best customer service experiences I've had. If you have the opportunity to support these guys you should. Really fantastic experience.

The customer service is great, I had a string sent to me that was the wrong size and they custom made me a new one. The best string I've ever had on this bow!
