Couldnt be more pleased with the work Jim and his teammate Brock did at our home. Jim responded quickly to perform a site visit and generate a quote. The work scope was handled on-time and on-budget (graded front yard, laid down compost and new sod, replaced & re-routed sprinkler heads). Jim went above and beyond to help provide replacement irrigation parts that were damaged from previous owner installation. He also came out for a follow-up call to address another irrigation issue from the previous owner install. Good communicator, tons of positive energy, a fair price and commitment to quality I will call on Jim Davis @ Idacrest again in the future.

They answered the phone!!!!!!!! Not only do they answer they will actually schedule a date to come out!!!!! Late in the season I understand it's not immediate but thank you for even acknowledging I still have a need and being honest about timing!  Knowing nothing about my sprinklers I really appreciate the time spent on the phone to educated me and reassure me.Thank you thank you thank you! Can't wait to meet with this company!
