I have been with Ace Home Care since 2016. I can’t say enough good things about them. I’ve been in home care for over 40 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Denya is the best!

I worked for them for years, and was one of the few caregivers they had who didnt have to be trained for anyone really. They just told me what the client nesded and I went in. After a while I ended up working 7 days a week, 12-16 hr shifts and then my epilepsy started up and it put me out of commission. I was told by my doctor that I am not allowed to work as a caregiver anymore as I am a liability. They had me as their friend on fb and always praised me for being so dependable. I THOUGHT we had a great relationship since we always helped each other out through the years. Well, once I had to quit due to my severe seizures putting my clients in danger, they started screwing me over. Took me a month to get my last check from them, I kept trying to get a hold of them because I was a single mom trying to pay for diapers and everything. They blocked me on fb after 2 weeks of govong me NO answers, if i called the office once the secretary heard my name she would hang up and until my boyfriend called threatening to report them to the BBB, they wouldnt get me my check. And still to this day, KNOWING I'm a danger as a caregiver as I still suffer from severe epilepsy, they will text me asking me to work for them. At one point I texted back saying "I have really bad seizures and was told by my doctor NOT to work as a caregiver again until the epilepsy is under control. (2 yrs seizure free)" and I got a message saying almost verbatim: "I don't care if you have epilepsy lol. I can get you good hours." So clearly, safety for me and their clients just doesnt seem to matter. 🤷‍♀️

Best place I’ve ever worked! Everyone is so welcoming and the office is fun. They’ve helped me out a lot as an employee when I’ve needed and that means a lot! Ally & Denya are amazing!
