Sprint Store

This is quite possibly the best Sprint store in the Treasure Valley! The managers Christina and Jay are phenomenal. I've been coming to this store specifically for a little over a year now and the new team they have here are delightful. It's comforting knowing that they look out for my best interest while also giving me more value with my cellular plan. If you want good service consistently make this your regular Sprint store! Thanks again Jay and Christina!

Sprint refuses to put the account in noel Kyles that's my name my wife has left the state I think.but sprint now send me text statements saying there legal proceedings against me!!!and they will not answer there dam phone what a RIP off. Noel Kyles

They are not like verizon. Half of the computer worked correctly. Estimated price sheets are hand written on stock paper. Watch for the hidden fees they have. There promotions you see on TV. They try to move you to a different plan. All in all stayed with Verizon

I went down there to switch carriers the other day and i thought it was going to be a hassle but to my surprise Jaycob Schlangen made the whole thing a breeze. He was knowledgeable and got me in and out without any problems. Glad i went to this store to switch to Sprint!
