Ashley Manor Memory Care

Zero stars. Under qualified management completely ignores any issues I worked there for 3 months for one solid month we never got groceries to feed our residents the dryer barely works long 12-hour shifts with no training no benefits a lot of work for the pay are residents walk around in pain constantly cuz we have no we don't have the proper medications to give them to relieve their pain. I don't recommend working there I don't recommend living there amen

I went just for a tour and found fly strips hanging from the ceiling. One bathroom for all the residents in the common room to use? And they just had one lady working the entire floor. I would have assumed the place would have been cleaner.

I am writing this in reference to a VERY special person that works at Ashley Manor in Nampa - Crystal. Our long time friend has been in at Ashely Manor and this move has changed her quality of life completely. Crystal goes above and beyond to bring happiness and comfort to all in her care. I know everyone their is safe and treated with so much love and respect. This is one of the hardest job out there and Crystal makes is look easy, because she loves what she does and is amazing at it! My mom has been living at Ashley Manor for a few months now and overall it's been an excellent experience. She receives good care and the staff are loving, respectful, and kind to all the residents. One of the house moms, Crystal, is exceptional and goes above and beyond to help my mom and the others feel at home and often puts in extra hours to cover any staff absences. I do feel like AM could hire more staff to help with residents' needs and/or general housekeeping duties.

This isnt more towards the admin but the management above them. The admins and assists are way over worked and under paid. When I started working for the company I was very excited and looking forward to the years ahead and the advancement I could receive. When I started to advance then I felt like I had no support from the managers above Me and then going all the way up to corporate As well. I got stuck on the floor over 24 hrs multiple times. At that point I had stepped down. Staff never showed up and called in multiple times with no written warring or write up. They over work there good employees and coddle the bad ones. Ive worked here for almost 3 years and I have felt like no one had my back. I felt like my hard work was very un-noticed. I currently still work here and am going through the same thing. This company could be so much better. Its going down hill pretty fast and at this point I want nothing more to do with the company. If you can handle working 50-60 hr weeks or more go ahead and apply. To me its not worth it anymore. Boise, idaho.
