We had a great experience working with Barry. After nearly 15 years, and going from 0 to 5 kids in our small home my wife and I had been debating back and forth as to the direction we wished to go. I was thinking the only way that made sense was to refinance and fix up the house. As we got ready to go that direction my wife suggested at least checking out the investor option to sell it as is. I went into our first meeting begrudgingly and with very low expectations that things would make sense with We Buy Ugly Houses. Coming away from that meeting my view was completely different. I really respected Barry's approach of..."hey if it makes sense for us and him then we can move forward, if not that's okay too." There was no pressure to decide one way or the other. As we chose to move forward we appreciated Barry's so much that we opted to work with him as our buyers agent in finding our new home. We found a new home that we loved and had everything moving along great...until it wasn't....and the seller of that house 10 days before close decided they didn't want to sell after all. Even with this change there was no pressure to still move forward on the sell of our home just the support that we needed to make the best decision for our family. Fortunately we found another home fairly quickly that we love and will even be a much better long term fit. From day 1 all the way through the close we are VERY happy with how things worked out and the willingness of Barry to adjust his plans even when it pushed his schedule back. We are extremely pleased to see him take the place we called home, where we started our family, went through economic crashes, loss of parents, a career change, and so much more and give it the care it needed for the next people to call home.
