I had BAD issues with the OLD manager of this business, but I posted my issues on Facebook and the NEW Owner called me and fixed the issue. Please shop at this business BECAUSE of how this NEW Owner is standing by his Business.

I was sold a full set of faulty ink cartridges and was unable to return them because they were opened, yet the only way to see if they work is to open them. Were I given more options than return each cartridges for less than 1% of what I paid for them I'd be more understanding, but when a company takes my money in return of a product that *may* work, it's insulting when they tell me I should buy another $100 worth of ink cartridges and see if those have better luck. I'm never going to shop at any cartridge world because of how poorly of an impression this made on me.

This is the most dependable ink and toner service on the Palouse. Fast and friendly service and very knowledgeable on their products.

The staff is very courteous and helpful and refilled ink cartridges are SOO much cheaper. I haven't noticed a difference when printing with them and they look just the same as the new ones.
