Palouse Habitat for Humanity Surplus Sale

Michael, we do our best to price the items donated to our store fairly. New items are 70% of retail, used items are 50% or less depending on the condition. But we aren't perfect, and if you find the item online for a better price please show us. Also, at the first of the month every item goes on discount. The longer an item is in our store, the greater the discount. And we just added a Penny Zone, for items we're overstocked on, or have been here a long time. The ReStore is our single largest fundraiser to build and repair homes for those in need of safe, secure housing around Whitman and Latah County. With land and material prices increasing, plus our goal to build more homes each year, the funds raised at the ReStore are more important than ever. We are mindful of giving back to the community that supports us, and so beyond home building and repair, our ReStore offers a voucher program so, on a case-by-case basis or through a program like Alternatives to Violence of the Palouse or Family Promise of the Palouse, those in need can shop with vouchers to furnish their homes, replace cabinets or tools, etc.
