I hope the owner reads these. Install Great Repair Great Billing Not-So-Great The biggest Issue we have is the constant backflow billing issue. Every single year this has been an issue. Please work with your AR department. Here is the process 1.They do the inspection. 2.They bill for the inspection. 3.We pay for the inspection. 4.They rebill for the inspection. 5. We send proof with bank statement and Photo of check 6. They rebill 7. We send proof again 8. They rebill and around it goes Please fix this! Is this common practice? I wonder how many people are paying the same bill, 2 or 3 times. This has been going on for 5 years now. Please look into your AR.

I had an amazing experience with Raindrop Sprinklers! Matt, the owner, is amazing. He was straightforward and wanted to make sure that I was happy with the product. Hed constantly stop by and ask how it looked and if anything needed to change. He and his team installed sod, a retaining wall, edging, flora, and weeded the hill in my backyard. They also installed a sprinkler system as well. His entire crew worked so hard and did an amazing job! Bonus points to Matt for admitting an error before landscaping really began too. He owned up to it and offered an agreeable solution. I feel like accountability is so few and far between nowadays. He immediately had my trust after that interaction. Id recommend Raindrop to people in the Moscow/Pullman area who are in need of landscaping. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Matt and crew! Services: Sod installation, Yard work

We Purchased our home two years ago. I have never had a sprinkler system before and never would have thought to have it serviced. But, I didnt need to, these guys show up like clock work and take care of all of the seasonal maintainance. They instaled it and they make sure it stays working! I have never had one issue with the heads. All are still functioning perfectly!
