Much to say about Jennifer and Tom and their broker. 2 days after the home appraisal came in we were told it was no longer time to negotiate of the terms of our contract. They withheld information. They went as far as to instruct me to seek legal council if I did not proceed with the sale. They did not go above and beyond to show us any home or any other options. We were represented very poorly and mistreated all to make a sale. Find someone else to be your military relocation specialist. Someone who displays honesty and has your best interest as a buyer in mind regardless of the current market. Poor representation, poor management.
