I was very impressed with how efficient my visits were, they were very friendly and resourceful. The alterations only took a little over a week and a half, Picked up my suit today and it fit perfectly! Thank you!

My search for a custom made suit finally ended at Jos A Bank. It started at Men's Warehouse, which is ironically owned by the same company as Jos A Bank. I am a tall, thin man so buying a suit of the rack just isn't possible. Although I could have gotten a custom made suit at Men's Warehouse, they treated me like I was a nobody and didn't seem to want to take the time to help me out. A couple of other places just weren't able to help out. So, Jos A Bank was my last stop before I was going to give up on getting a custom suit. The moment I walked into the store I was warmly greeted and from there on was treated like a valued customer. Levi and Ken did the majority of the work to help me pick out a very nice custom made suit. I am very satisfied with the outcome. Besides the suit, I purchased a couple of their custom made dress shirts. I was very happy with them, as well. In general, I am very satisfied with the service I received and it will be my go to men's store for the future.
