Sprinkler Master Repair (Boise, ID)

They were the only company we could find to do a sprinkler blowout. I would not use again or recommend that anyone pay $70 for something that costs $25-$45 from everyone else but we were desperate.

They came on time! Even a little early. They walked me through what they were doing blowing out the sprinkler lines and made recommendations to protect my line from freezing. Very pleasant and professional people to work with. I will use them to install additional sprinklers in the spring for sure! I highly recommend them!

Sprinkler Master was incredibly accommodating and professional. They were able to winterize my sprinklers, next day, when I was unable to get responses from other companies. I would highly recommend them for your lawn/sprinkler needs.

[This is an edit to my previous review] I had previously used Sprinkler Master for a blowout and a spring sprinkler system turn on. They also installed some drip line for me in my garden area. Those experiences had been good. The drip line turned out really well! I'm not sure if something has changed with their staff or management, but my latest experiences this fall were not the same. Summary of my issues: 1- Didn't schedule any appointments. Just showed up twice. 2- Technician gave an estimate for $1600 worth of repairs that did not need to be done. Zero dollars of repairs were necessary. 3- They sent that same technician (with no appt) for a blowout when I asked that he not return here again or I would find another company. I had asked for someone to come and look at my wall hydrant because it had been leaking slightly. I also asked to be added to the schedule to have my sprinklers blown out. They said a technician would schedule a repair visit and they would schedule me for a blowout in a few weeks when they got closer to coming to my neighborhood. Instead of scheduling a repair, a technician that had not previously been here before sent a message 30 minutes before he randomly showed up one day. No appointment was ever scheduled. He inspected the unit and gave me an estimate of $1600 to repair it. I said I would consult with my father, because he had helped install it. When my father came out, he turned a few wrenches, took a good look at it, and said it was fine! In fact, it wasn't leaking anymore. He said it was ready for the sprinklers to be blown out. I called Sprinkler Master and informed them that I felt the technician had attempted to take advantage of me and that I would find another company if this same person would be returning for the blowout. She said that was no problem, and that particular technician didn't do blowouts. A few weeks later, what do you know, I received a call from this same technician. He said he was at my house to blowout the sprinklers. Once again, I had received no call, email or appointment notification, until this same technician was at my house again. I happened to be in bed with a serious eye injury and was not able to leave the dark room I was recovering in. I asked him to leave and I would find another company to come out. The other company came today. They did a great, fast job, and were about half the price. Service: Irrigation system repair/maintenance
