Liberty Mutual road side assistance sucks big time. For lockout car I am waiting for mor than 7 hours and still not answered my request while I write the review. I have not seen such a unprofessional Road side assistance from other service provider. Please stay away guys if you couldhorrible experience with Liberty Mutual.

Worst customer service and set up account specifically asking for glass replacement. When I tried to use it they are lying and said I never had it. Now they want a 500 deductible for a windshield replacement. I will be changing insurance companies asap!!!!
