Cot Spa Covers

So far so good. Only had the cover for a week. The service was very fast and friendly. The owner came to my home when she said she would and did all the measurements. It also took less time than originally quoted. They were also nice enough to dispose of our old hot tub cover. We went from a 4-inch to a 5-inch, which I would highly recommend living in Boise where it snows a lot. Our old cover was completely sunk in and all the hot water was escaping.

Provided a good quality custom spa cover on time as promised (under 30 days) at a good competitive price. So far, so good. Great customer service! I had been waiting for a paid-in-full replacement Hot Springs Spa cover from Snake River Pool and Spa for over 10 months! It never arrived and they false promised time after time. Cot Spa Covers came through after my very bad experience with Snake River Pool and Spa. UPDATE: The foam deformed after only 2 months of use. Cot Covers said it was my fault for putting things on top of the cover. I never put anything on top of the cover. They would not honor any warranty. After much back and forth, they offered to replace the foam for an additional $200. I did not do that. I'm using the defective cover as-is. Water puddles on top after rain. I'm sure it will deteriorate further. All was good until I had a problem. Their warranty was useless and a scam. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
