I normally rent from the "blue" guys, but I thought I would give Sunbelt a try. Prices are a little bit higher at Sunbelt but it's money well spent. When I had a problem with my lift on a Friday evening I called the 24 hour service line and was talking to somebody in less than a minute. Exactly 14 minutes after that Craig showed up in the service truck with a smile on his face and got my machine up and running in less than 5 minutes. The customer service here is outstanding. Thank you Craig and to the rest of the guys. I will be back.

Was quoted $215 to rent air compressor. Sunbelt employee hooked it to our van when we picked it up and we drove it 1. Lock away where we used it for half a day, then returned it, never even unhooked it from van. The employee outside said we will email you an invoice and sent me on my way. 2 weeks later they call me because they put it under the wrong account and acted like that was somehow my fault. On top of that they accused us of damaging the safety chains and demanded we pay for them! It was them that hooked it to our van and it was never unhooked, and the chains were absolutely not damaged by us. When I told the manager this he claimed he looked at photos but would credit us for the damage, but stuck us with a $35 BS insurance charge to cover the chains anyway. Lastly he charged us for air hoses which he never mentioned were an extra charge. Clearly his goal was to inflate the bill and rip us off, not the kind of company I wish to do business with, very shady business practices.

Love going here!! Cheaper then anywhere else for rental equipment! Highly recommended!!!😎 😇
